Last week, every day we soared into the high 90s and even 100s in some places in the Washington DC area.
The temperature yesterday, July 29, 2016 was a bit cooler and today we're forecast to go up to 87 degrees. But hold on to your sun hats, we're going back into the 90s as the WJLA 7-day forecast predicts. Here's a test. Check your thermometer each day for outdoor temperatures and see if we go above the temperature forecasted. Post your results and let us know what you get. The planes are constantly spraying our skies. Sum dimming is taking place. Were it not for the activities by these planes, we would have had many more days with temperatures over 100. We still have the month of August to go, so minimize going outdoors, eat healthy, meditate and pray, so you can tune into your spiritual side - which will be your guide. I'm posting some abnormal sky pictures below that were taken over the DC area this month..

July 23 - 29, 2016 We are now entering into our 3rd straight week of 90 degree weather, according to WJLA Channel 7 Weather report, for the Washington DC area. Although the news have been reporting 90 degree weather, my car thermometer read 103 degrees today, Friday July 22nd. It was parked in the sun and the inside definitely felt like 103 degrees!
Local forecasts, as shown above, for the week ending July 22nd, in the Washington DC area calls for another week of 90 degree weather. Please use caution when going out in this heat. Take water with you, dress accordingly and don’t forget your hat. Last month shattered records again for the 18th month in a row. June was the hottest June ever recorded in the lower 48 states. https://www.weebly.com/weebly/apps/readDraft.php?draftId=713291497468688267&userId=66506345 We are now in uncharted territory with record shattering temperatures for a sustained period of time. The fact that we are constantly under the umbrella of contamination of unknown substances from planes overhead does not give me comfort. We are being deceived about the climate engineering activities and the weather modification daily events across the US. Those that control the machinery to order constant aerosol injections of undisclosed substances and operate the equipment that can vaporize the atmospheric river at any point across the USA are not being disclosed to the American public. In fact, they operate in such a way as to deceive the public about their activities. If we are deceived about the extent to which weather modification and climate engineering is occurring, what other information is being withheld from the American public? Are we in a time of cataclysmic changes? Is this a transition period? Just in case we are, let me suggest just a few things. Please stock up on water and canned and dry foods. Also, start saving seeds and store them away. I pray we never get to the point where these things become important, but as my mother used to say “It’s better to have and not need than to need and not have”. Stay safe. Drink plenty of water. Try to stay out of the heat. Keep your loved ones close. Experiment with planting a garden (even if it’s on your back porch – just try). Save those seeds! PEACE. DAK Temperatures climbed into the mid 90s today in the Washington DC area. Here is some advice from the Texas Department of Public Safety on what to do to take care of yourself in this hot weather.
The advice as recorded in the article "Health warning: Keep water handy amid extreme Texas heat " by Savannah Brock is quoted below "DPS offers the following tips for staying safe and managing the heat: Check on the elderly, sick or very young, especially if they don’t have air conditioning. Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol during prolonged outdoor exposure. Start consuming water before you head outdoors; you may not realize you’re dehydrated until it’s too late. · Pay attention to your body. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke can develop quickly. If you start feeling ill, immediately find a shaded or cooler area and slowly drink fluids. Seek medical attention if necessary. Stay indoors as much as possible, and limit exposure to the sun. Consider indoor activities this summer at places like shopping malls, the library or other community facilities. Light-colored, loose-fitting clothing and a hat are recommended during outdoor exposure. If possible, avoid strenuous outdoor activity during the hottest part of the day. " Let us keep this in mind as we go about our daily lives in this current environment we find ourselves in. PEACE DAK |
